The Wingroad was originally developed as the unified brand designation of the outgoing Sunny California and AD Wagon. The current Wingroad is the second-generation model which debuted in June 1999. The vehicle features a wide range of factory/dealer options, including aero parts. A new 4WD system called “Auto Control 4WD”, and high-strength body construction are employed.
