Exterior: Good. The steep windshield and long body give the CX-9 a sporty look.
Interior: Excellent. Foldable rolls create useful space for hauling and hidden compartment behind third row handy.
Safety: Excellent. Everything is standard: Front, side curtain for all three rows, traction control, rollover and stability control.
Performance: Good. For its size, the CX-9 rides well. On the highway, there is some wind noise, but conversations are still easy.
